Unable to create instance of 'KodeIT.Web.Hosting.ProxySetup' in assembly 'KodeIT.Web'

Hi,
we're getting some very strange errors trying to run Filter.Net on our older servers.

Setting up on our UAT server (Windows Server 2003/IIS6) worked ok, however migrating to Windows Server 2003 x64/IIS fails with the error:

Unable to create instance of 'KodeIT.Web.Hosting.ProxySetup' in assembly 'KodeIT.Web'

The Application Pool is running in 32-bit mode. The server has .Net 1.1, 2.0 and 3.5 installed. We created a completely new Application Pool, and a completely new website with a single static HTML file for testing. Still fails!

When the application pool starts, the Event Log is registering the above error.
Some additional information that might help points to clr.cpp line 65, which contains the following code...

//
// Create an instance of the object responsible for creating
// the AppDomain to run the filters
//

hr = _defaultDomainPtr->CreateInstance(
    _bstr_t(MANAGED_ASSEMBLY),
    _bstr_t(MANAGED_SETUPCLASS),
    &handlePtr);
if( FAILED(hr) )
{
    throw Exception_T(hr, __FILE__, __LINE__, __FUNCSIG__,
        "Unable to create instance of '%S' in assembly '%S'", MANAGED_SETUPCLASS, MANAGED_ASSEMBLY);
}

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
